Recurso de súplica contra el auto del 5 de abril de 2013, mediante el cual el Magistrado Jorge Iván Palacio Palacio rechazó la demanda de la referencia, al considerar que el demandante, en su escrito de subsanación, no superó las deficiencias anotadas en el auto subsanatorio.
La Sala Plena ratifica que los enfoques de la demanda, aún después de la corrección de ésta, no cumplen de manera completa los parámetros básicos exigidos.
Se decide CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido.
